Attention!

• Re-entry into the drop-off/pick-up zone within one hour is subject to a fee of 500 rubles, except for entries into the internal parking areas P-1, P-2, and P-3. Re-entry into the airport territory with access to internal parking areas P-1, P-2, and P-3 is charged according to the current rates.

• Entry is carried out using electronic parking tickets obtained from automatic kiosks at the entrance to the parking complex. The parking complex operates correctly only if the vehicle has a readable state registration number.
• The penalty for damage or loss of a parking ticket is 100 rubles.  
• The penalty for damage or loss of a plastic card is 500 rubles, payable at the parking cashiers.  
• The penalty for damaging the barrier arm is 2500 rubles.  
• The penalty for violating the parking complex rules is 1500 rubles.  
• Important! After paying for parking services, the customer (consumer) must exit the parking area within 15 minutes.  
• Subscriptions are available for certain categories of parking. For detailed information, please contact the parking staff.  
• Traffic police patrols operate in the airport terminal area, and automatic recording of traffic violations is conducted.  
• The parking areas are unguarded. Parking vehicles does not constitute a storage contract. The airport administration is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or incompleteness of vehicles, or for loss or theft of any other property located in the parking areas, including items left in vehicles.  
• These Rules constitute a public offer to any person wishing to use Parking services and define the procedure and conditions for their use. This offer may be changed by the airport at any time without prior notice. Acceptance of this offer occurs when any person receives a parking ticket upon entering the parking area, which is considered as entering into a contract for parking services between the entering person and the airport. If you disagree with the terms of using the paid parking service, the customer (consumer) must not enter the paid parking area.  
• Dear vehicle owners, please note that at "Gagarin" International Airport, a drop-off/pick-up zone has been created in the parking area (adjacent to the terminal traffic lanes). A free 15-minute period is provided in this zone.  
• If you plan to leave your vehicle for an extended period, you need to move from the drop-off/pick-up zone to Short-term (P1 and P2) or Long-term (P3) parking by reinserting the parking ticket into the terminal at the entrance to the corresponding nested zone and retrieving it back (from this moment, a new rate will be recorded on the ticket). The cost of Long-term (P3) parking remains unchanged.  
• Re-entry into the drop-off/pick-up zone within one hour, except for entries into internal parking areas P-1, P-2, and P-3, from the moment of exit is charged at a rate of 500 rubles.

Participants of the Great Patriotic War are entitled to a 50% discount on the established tariff.

According to the requirements of Federal Law No. 181-FZ, Article 15, dated November 24, 1995, 10% of parking spaces are designated for vehicles of persons with disabilities, as well as vehicles transporting persons with disabilities and children with disabilities.

Vehicles parked in designated spaces for persons with disabilities may be accommodated free of charge if they are driven by a person with a disability of Group I or II, or if they transport such a person and/or children with disabilities. Additionally, vehicles driven by a person with a disability of Group III or transporting them may also park for free if the provisions of Part 9 of Article 15 of Federal Law No. 181-FZ "On Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in the Russian Federation," dated November 24, 1995, apply to that person with a disability of Group III, in accordance with the procedure established by the Government Resolution No. 115, dated February 10, 2020, "On the Procedure for Applying the Provisions of Part Nine of Article 15 of the Federal Law 'On Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in the Russian Federation' to Citizens with Disabilities of Group III." Information about such a vehicle must be registered in the state information system "Unified Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere," and the vehicle must display the identifying mark "Disabled."

To receive benefits, please contact the parking complex staff; the contact button is located on the parking equipment. In case of violation of parking rules, payment for services will be made according to the current tariff.


Violation of the parking complex rules for the purpose of imposing a fine is understood as:

• non-compliance with the traffic rules of the Russian Federation;

• entry (exit) to/from the territory of the parking complex by bypassing or deceiving the automatic system;

• driving on curbs, green areas, pedestrian zones;

• contamination of the roadway (leaks of technical fluids, dirt, garbage);

• damage to fencing objects, supports, and other elements of the parking complex
